The world's best-selling video game hits the big screen for the first time,"My World" movie releases pilot poster trailer

The first poster and pilot notice of the live-action movie "my World", based on the world's best-selling video games, is jointly created by legendary Pictures and Warner Brothers. The film stars Jason Morma and Jack Black and is directed by Oscar-nominated director Jared Hess ("95 senses" and "Crazy Father"). Emma Myers ("Wednesday"), Oscar nominee Danielle Brooks ("Purple"), Sebastian Eugene Hansen ("just Mercy"), Jennifer Coolidge and others joined. In the pilot's preview, four "anomalies"-Garrison (Jason Morma), Henry (Sebastian Eugene Hansen), Natalie (Emma Myers) and Dawn (Danielle Brooks)-are surprised to find themselves transported into the "main world", a strange square paradise built by imagination. They need to master the rules of the world and embark on a courageous adventure with the help of veteran craftsman Steve (Jack Black). Despite the troubling trivialities of life, they still want to return to the real world, and the key to returning to the real world is that they need to strive to explore their unique creativity. The main body of the first poster consists of the face of the iconic green creature "Creeper" in "my World", which is also the game's mascot, with large and open eyes, a sad mouth and green gray skin, with a certain degree of hostility, close to the player will self-explode attack.

The film is produced by Roy Lee, Jon Berg, Mary Parent, Carl Boyt, Jason Morma, Jill Messik, Tofie Frans Olafsen and Pei Wu. "my World" is a 3D sandboxie game that is popular all over the world. Its free and open game world and unimaginable personality play bring players unlimited space to create and explore, and are loved by hundreds of millions of players. As of October 2023, the total global sales of "my World" (non-China) was 300 million, with more than 700 million registered users of the Chinese version, making it the best-selling video game in history with a strong fan base. The live-action movie inherits the game's iconic pixel mosaic style, featuring a magnificent complex of buildings and familiar game creatures like Pig Ling, alpaca, zombies, and NPC character Steve. Like the players in the game, the protagonist will experience two core ways of playing: survival mode and creation mode. Together with the protagonist's team, the audience will enter the box paradise full of retro art and embark on a challenging adventure.

My World, jointly produced by legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures, will be released in North America on April 4, 2025.
