according to an earlier report of the Beijing News, the Beijing No. 4 Intermediate people's Court issued a civil order on Aug. 6. According to the documents, the Beijing Branch of Zheshang Bank applied for property preservation in July 2018, and Jia Yueting appeared on the list of applicants. The Beijing Municipal fourth Intermediate people's Court ruled that 206 million yuan of property such as Jia Yueting should be sealed up, seized and frozen.
