Part I overview of Jiang'an District Culture and Tourism Bureau

(I) main functions of the Department

(1) Implement the party's guidelines and policies on culture, tourism and sports, and study and formulate policies and measures for culture, tourism and sports in the region.
(2) Make overall plans for the development of cultural and sports undertakings, cultural and sports industries and tourism in the region, formulate development plans and organize their implementation, promote the integrated development of culture, sports and tourism, and promote the reform of cultural, tourism and sports systems and mechanisms.
(3) Guide and manage major cultural, tourism and sports activities in the region, guide the construction of key cultural, tourism and sports facilities in the region, organize the publicity and promotion of the overall image of culture, tourism and sports in the region, formulate tourism market development strategies, organize the implementation, guide and promote tourism in the region.
(4) Be responsible for the development of public culture, tourism and sports in the region, promote the construction of public culture, tourism and sports service system, deeply implement the project of benefiting the people through culture, tourism and sports, comprehensively promote the standardization and equalization of public culture, tourism and sports services, and guide and support the mass literary and artistic creation in the region.
(5) Guide and manage the cultural relics and museums in the region, be responsible for the protection, rescue, excavation, research, exhibition and utilization of cultural relics in the region, be responsible for the work of intangible cultural heritage, and promote the protection, inheritance, popularization, promotion and revitalization of intangible cultural heritage.
(6) Make an overall plan for the culture, tourism and sports industries of the region, organize and implement the general survey, statistics, excavation and utilization of the culture, tourism and sports resources of the region, and promote the development of the culture, tourism and sports industries.
(7) Promote the implementation of the national fitness implementation plan, and guide the development of mass sports activities; Plan the development of competitive sports in the region as a whole, and be responsible for the organization, management and coordination of large-scale sports competitions in the region; Plan the setting and layout of amateur sports training and sports events in the region, and train and transport sports talents.
(8) Guide the development of the culture, tourism and sports market in the region, supervise the operation of the culture, tourism and sports market, promote the construction of the credit system of the culture, tourism and sports industry in the region, and standardize the culture, tourism and sports market according to law.
(9) Organize and carry out comprehensive administrative law enforcement work in the region's sports and tourism market according to law, investigate and deal with illegal acts in the region's culture, cultural relics, publishing, radio, television, film, tourism, sports and other markets, and maintain market order.
(10) Undertake the main responsibilities of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, national security, ideology, comprehensive governance and stability maintenance, spiritual civilization construction, safe production, ecological environment protection, confidentiality and other work.
(11) Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

(II) composition of department budget unit

Jiang'an District Culture and Tourism Bureau is composed of organs and five subordinate secondary units, namely: Jiang'an District Sports and tourism market comprehensive law enforcement brigade, Jiang'an District Culture Museum, Jiang'an District Library, Jiang'an District Museum, Jiang'an District Amateur Sports School, including 1 administrative unit, 1 public institution managed by referring to the public servant law, and 4 public institutions fully funded.

(III) composition of department personnel

Jiang'an District Culture and Tourism Bureau has a total staffing of 86 people, including 12 administrative staff and 74 career staff (including 14 managed by referring to the civil service law). The actual number of employees is 82, including 11 administrative staff and 71 career staff (including 12 managed by referring to the civil service law).
There are 63 retirees, including 2 retirees and 61 retirees.
