# Part I overview of the Tourism Administration of Huizhou Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone
## 1、 Main responsibilities
（1） Implement the national, provincial, municipal and district policies, laws and regulations related to tourism work, and organize the formulation and implementation of normative documents for the management of the tourism industry in our region.
（2） Research and promote comprehensive tourism reform, coordinate tourism safety, tourism emergency rescue, holiday tourism and red tourism, guide leisure vacations, and coordinate and promote the implementation of national tourism and leisure plans.
（3） Formulate and implement market development strategies for domestic tourism, inbound tourism and outbound tourism, organize external publicity and major promotion activities for the overall image of Daya Bay tourism, and be responsible for domestic and international tourism cooperation and exchanges.
（4） Organize the general survey, planning, development and related protection of tourism resources in the region, guide social investment in tourism, guide the development of tourism products, and monitor the operation of tourism economy.
（5） Be responsible for the examination and verification of relevant tourism businesses according to law, guide the construction of spiritual civilization and integrity system in the tourism industry, and guide the business work of industry organizations.
（6） Work with relevant departments to promote the tourism market of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation.
（7） Formulate and organize the implementation of tourism talent planning, guide tourism education and training, and work with relevant departments to guide the implementation of vocational qualification standards for tourism practitioners

Supervise and inspect the order of the tourism market, service quality and the employment of tourism practitioners with certificates; Accept tourism complaints and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of tourism operators and consumers; Organize the implementation of standards for scenic spots, tourism facilities, tourism services, tourism products, etc.
（9） To undertake other matters assigned by the district Party committee, the district administrative committee and the superior departments.
## 2、 Department organization setting
The Tourism Administration of Huizhou Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone is a public welfare first-class reference civil servant management institution. There are 3 regular share level institutions "office, quality specification and management unit, resource and market development unit" and 14 approved career staffing, including 1 Director, 3 deputy directors, and 3 regular share level leadership positions in the internal institutions. By the end of December 2021, the District Tourism Bureau has a total staffing of 14 people, including 11 on-the-job staff and 5 retirees.

The Department has no subordinate units, and the department budget is the bureau level budget.
