1. Highlight safety, progressiveness, innovate operation and management mechanism, and promote cross regional mergers and acquisitions

Radio and television transmission network enterprises should actively adapt to the new situation of the rapid development of the Internet and the in-depth promotion of the integration of the three networks, give play to the role of the "firewall" of the radio and television transmission network, speed up network integration and intelligent construction, promote technological transformation and business upgrading, and establish interconnected, safe and controllable national digital cultural communication channels
