LETV has been subject to administrative punishment by the CSRC due to ten years of financial fraud and other illegal facts. Some investors have sued LETV, Jia Yueting and others to the Beijing Financial court.

on May 12, the reporter learned from the Beijing Financial court that the court recently accepted the case of Securities Misrepresentation liability dispute between 11 investors and 22 defendants such as LETV and Jia Yueting. It is understood that this case is the first ordinary representative litigation case of securities dispute accepted by the Beijing court. The 11 investors involved identified 2 investors as the proposed representatives in the indictment and entrusted professional lawyers to represent the case.
