It advocates breaking through the concept of heritage in the context of the grand heritage concept, taking the study of cultural heritage as the first step, and building a cultural heritage system with physical heritage and intangible heritage as the basic framework; The monographs "morphology of intangible cultural heritage" and "Research on the morphology of intangible cultural heritage" have reconstructed the system of China's intangible cultural heritage. Reinterpret, examine and interpret "things" in the most essential sense of traditional culture, take ideological wisdom, exquisite wisdom and oral wisdom as the results of "internalization in the heart", penetrate into the five categories of the Convention, and supplement and improve the existing concept, definition and classification of intangible cultural heritage. In short, intangible cultural heritage is not only "externalized in form", but also "internalized in the heart" to reflect the essence, integrity and dominance of traditional culture. (2) In the past five years, other academic articles have been published in more than 40 mainstream journals and media, such as literary and art research, people's daily, cultural research, and so on. The main representative works and academic views have been reproduced by Xinhua digest, copies of the National People's Congress - cultural research, and China Social Sciences digest. Among them, "a book with its own name must have deep interest" (Literary and art research -2019.4), "looking at traditional culture from the perspective of development" (people's daily -2014.11.14), "making cultural heritage live" (people's daily -2018.5.30), "revitalizing traditional crafts with creative spirit" (Xinhua digest -2016.9), "discipline positioning and future development of" Cultural Heritage Science "(Xinhua digest -2021.17) The Chinese Paradigm and system construction of "cultural heritage" (Cultural Research -2021.9), valuable exploration of cultural heritage protection (people's daily -2021.1107), and how long it will take from practical exploration to discipline construction - also on discipline construction of intangible cultural heritage (cultural heritage -2021.06) have been reproduced. #### 2、 Academic awards. Entrusted by the academic degree Office of the State Council, it has taken the lead in promoting the upgrading of cultural heritage studies to national first-class disciplines. At present, the achievements include "intangible cultural heritage protection" has been officially included in the undergraduate curriculum series of colleges and universities, and the intangible cultural heritage master's talent training plan has been included in 32 colleges and universities to carry out pilot projects; He has presided over and undertaken national, ministerial and academy level scientific research projects for many times. After more than 20 years of practical exploration, despite the difficulties, it has achieved fruitful results. The intangible cultural heritage law has been promulgated, a four level list system has been established, 43 items have been included in the UNESCO Convention list, and many "Chinese experience" of intangible cultural heritage protection have been created, which has been widely praised by the parties. While carrying out practical exploration, academia has always been thinking that China and the West are two sets of civilization systems. Chinese culture is not only "externalized in form", but also "internalized in the heart". Only by digging along the context of "things" and the literary spirit of "people", can the wisdom, uniqueness and integrity of traditional culture be highlighted. It can be expected that the combination of Marxism and traditional culture will inevitably produce more new forms of civilization. China's intangible cultural heritage has begun a long journey from the concept of "practice" at the national level to the "discipline" construction of cultural heritage. ### Deputy director: haoqingjun Haoqingjun, male, Han nationality, born in April 1968 in Feicheng City, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a researcher, with a doctorate degree.
