The Ministry of Culture issued the artistic creation Plan of the 13th five-year Plan

The plan puts forward the guiding ideology of artistic creation during the 13th five-year Plan period: fully implement the spirit of the artistic creation planning of the 18th CPC National Congress and the third, fourth, Fifth and sixth Plenary sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, especially at the symposium on literary and artistic work and the opening ceremony of the Tenth National Congress of the Chinese Federation of Literature and Art and the Ninth National Congress of the Chinese Writers' Association, and persist in serving the people and socialism.
