On April 21, according to the Macao Daily, the lower court ruled that the VIP of Dejin was involved in illegal gambling. Chen Ronglian, the former head of the group who was originally charged with 83 charges, finally counted seven counts of fraud in a row. After calculating the gambling place based on the number of VIP halls, Chen Ronglian was convicted of a total of 34 charges and sentenced to 14 years' imprisonment, including a single triad crime sentenced to 10 years.
