Please carefully organize and participate in it in combination with the actual situation. The relevant matters and requirements are hereby notified as follows:

II. Selection scope

from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, TV dramas broadcast on CCTV or local satellite TV channels, including those premiered on national key video websites.

III. recognition quota

there are 20 awards in total, including 16 excellent TV series awards, 1 excellent director award, 1 excellent screenwriter award, 1 excellent actor award and 1 excellent actress award respectively.

6、 Submission procedures and requirements

（1） Registration filling

The applicant shall complete the institutional registration on the evaluation platform of the State Administration of radio and television, the evaluation system of the TV series "flying sky Award", log in to the system, complete the "recommendation form for the 33rd Chinese TV series" flying sky Award "(hereinafter referred to as" recommendation form for the selected plays "), and upload the attached materials, including the director's description, ideological connotation, story outline, broadcasting situation and social response, a complete subtitle table for the beginning and end of the film Posters and stills, etc

（2） Export stamp

The application unit exports the official "recommended list of participating plays" with two-dimensional code from the "flying Award" evaluation system, which is printed on both sides of A4 paper, signed by the person in charge of the application unit and stamped with the official seal

（3） Preliminary qualification

The applicant shall submit the evaluation materials to the preliminary examination unit for review. After the preliminary examination of the Provincial Bureau, the recommended list of participating plays shall be signed by the person in charge of the Provincial Bureau and stamped with the official seal of the Bureau; After the preliminary examination of the Propaganda Bureau of the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission, the person in charge of the propaganda bureau shall sign and affix the official seal of the Bureau; After the preliminary examination of the general office of the Central Radio and television station, it shall be signed by the person in charge of the station and stamped with the official seal of the station; After the preliminary examination of the relevant units directly under the CPC Central Committee, the person in charge of the unit shall sign and affix the official seal of the unit

（4） Upload stamp form

The application unit logs in to the "flying Award" evaluation system again, uploads the "list of recommended plays for evaluation" signed and sealed by the preliminary examination unit in the "my application", and submits the application. If the material is submitted successfully, it cannot be modified

（5） Mailing materials

The applicant shall summarize the complete and standardized paper and electronic evaluation materials in accordance with the "requirements for evaluation materials" in this notice, and submit them to the "flying Award" jury Office of China Television Arts Commission by mail

7、 Requirements for participating materials

（1） Paper materials

1。 A sealed original copy of the official form (with QR code) of the "repertoire recommendation form for evaluation"

2。 One copy of written materials such as the director's description, ideological connotation, story outline, broadcasting situation and social response, and a complete subtitle table at the beginning and end of the film, which are printed on A4 paper

（2） Electronic materials

1。 One electronic copy of the above paper materials, in PDF format

2。 Complete broadcast of published video: MP4 format is adopted, the coding method is h264, the resolution is not more than 1920*1080, and the size of single episode video file is not more than 1G in principle. Please refer to the file name: "play name - episode x (example: Episode 1)"

3。 Trailer: in principle, no more than 5 minutes, using MP4 format, coding method h264, resolution no more than 1920*1080, please refer to the file name: "play name - Trailer - application unit"

4。 Posters and stills: only 2 posters (1 horizontal and 1 vertical); In principle, no more than 10 stills. Posters and stills are in JPG or PNG format, and the size of a single picture is not less than 1m in principle

5。 An electronic folder should be set up for each participating play, which should contain all electronic materials. Please refer to "play name - applicant" for the name of the folder

6。 Storage medium: mobile hard disk or USB flash disk

7。 Please be sure to put a label on your mobile hard disk or USB flash drive, indicating the name of the selected drama

（3） The above materials will not be returned

8、 Publicity statement

In order to publicize and promote the award-winning results, the China Television Arts Commission has the right to display and broadcast the participating works, and can make the award-winning works into electronic audio-visual products and books for non-commercial promotion, observation, discussion and exchange activities. If you have any objection to this, please make a statement. Otherwise, the seal of the applicant shall be deemed as the approval of this clause

9、 Declaration time

（1） Online declaration time of the applicant: February 8 to March 8, 2022

（2） The deadline for the application unit to mail materials: March 11, 2022
